Stacey J Bio

My name is Stacey Goldfarb Jahanfar.  I have been working at CDT since 2018. I have had the opportunity of wearing multiple hats when first arriving at CDT.  My latest path at CDT is the position of Executive Director.  I love the connections I have made with congregants, prospective members, lay leadership and of course, my second family the CDT staff. I have seen so much growth over the years with the connection we have made with our community and I am very proud of being a part of that.  I look forward to many years ahead in CDT's growth.

I am originally from Dayton, Ohio with a BS Degree in Communications and a minor in Journalism from Ohio University (don’t’ ask the year). I am a busy mom raising my family, Ari (21) graduating USC Upstate as an honor student and a track athlete, and Elanna (18) graduating from Chattahoochee High School as an honor student as well and headed to the University of Central Florida this fall. 

My work experience consists of being an Account Executive for Christian Dior Perfumes where I catered to the South East Region, and once having Ari and Elanna, I received my teacher’s certificate and taught PreK and Kindergarten for 10 years.  I was approached to teach Religious School at CDT three years ago, which opened the door to CDT, where I am still a teacher.  I bring a positive, high energy enthusiasm with a Jewish upbringing to CDT.  I feel fortunate to be a part of the CDT family.
