Confirmation Class

During the tenth grade year, students in our religious school program take part in special study with the rabbi and a master teacher as preparation for Confirmation – a ceremony in which they celebrate the public affirmation of their Judaism. This class, which sees the curriculum being designed in partnership with the students, seeks to ask the students to confirm their Jewish identity in the final formal year of Jewish education. This class also includes a fantastic trip to New York City led by Rabbi Jordan.
